What if I don’t see the pricing package I want?

That is totally ok. Don’t you worry your pretty little mind. I am more than willing to sit down with you over a cup of coffee and discuss any questions or concerns you may have concerning availability and pricing.

What should I wear to a shoot?

We all feel a little bit like the Grinch before a photoshoot. You know the classic “but what would I wear?!” or “that’s it, I’m not going!” My best piece of advice is to wear what you normally would! The temptation is always to look your most glamorous or buy a new outfit. Well folks, to be honest, I’ve had a number of people end up hating their outfits because they tried too hard. Be yourself! Your spirit and soul will shine through much better that way.

Just in case you need some more guidance…

NO PATTERNS!

Please do not wear a crazy shirt. This isn’t a statement of judgment. Any other day, please wear whatever the heck you want. Patterned outfits take away from photos and distract from the main subject: You!

White makes things way harder. White reflects light extremely easily and can wash you out. Additionally, if you want to look transparent in a snow photoshoot, feel free to wear white. Other lighter colors are totally fine.

Color coordination is key.

My recommendations:

• A nice shirt and jeans

• A dress you love

• Guys, a nice collared shirt

• A deep green looks great on brunettes

• A nice blue or pink for blondes

• Coordinate with your partner!

• IRON YOUR SHIRT!

  Other than that, have a good time with it! Get creative!

What if I am super awkward around a camera?

My mission is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. One of the main reasons your cost includes a coffee or conversation is to ensure you are comfortable beforehand. This is a low pressure situation. I will help pose you. Stay loose and calm. Listen to me and if something doesn’t feel comfortable, tell me! A great thing to do is bring another person with you! Someone who always makes you smile. Whether it be your best friend, your mom, brother, dog, ask them to tag along!

Is transportation available?

Most of the time I expect customers to provide their own transportation. However, if that is an issue for you, please let me know. I am happy to drive you for an addition gas charge depending on milage.
